I had registered a complaint for repairing my * months old LG refrigerator with a complaint no RNP************. For the last ** days, Lg has been sending inexperienced technicians who are unable to repair my refrigerator. My family has been suffering both mentally and physically due to lack of refrigerator in this summer season. Now they are forcing me to close my complaint. I want them to replace their faulty product as per their warranty.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
