I have opened complaint (RNP************) for refrigerator not cooling on April **,****. A so called engineer visited on **th and mentioned it needs gas charging and it will be done within * days. However after multiple calls a person visited on **th and then mentioned it's not gas problem but compressor is faulty, a compressor which was replaced only in Dec,**. He also mentioned there is fault in PCB and will take *-* days to get the parts and fix but till now there is no update. I called customer service and they are not giving any promise for resolution. A lady mentioned by May *th or **th and then disconnected when I asked the reason for delay. Why do they make such tall claims during sale of ** hr service when they take months to resolve
