My father courired me the dress which zinwas supposed to return for refund or exchange. He sent the courier on **/**/** from Belgaum - ****** to Pune - ******. All courier services take * to *days to deliver.
Today is **/**/** almost ** days and I have not yet recieved my package and this is sheer negligence from the courier company.
I was supposed to exchange that dress before **th and now the validity is gone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
