Regarding the delay in delivery of my courier, which was booked on **th October from Chennai to Kattankulathur. It has been over ** days, and I have still not received the parcel.
I had already raised a complaint regarding this issue, but there has been no proper response from your Head Office. Each time I contact your team, I am informed that it will be delivered “by today” — this has been repeated since Monday, yet no action has been taken.
This courier contains important documents, and the continued delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I request you to treat this matter as urgent and ensure the delivery is completed immediately.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
