i have submitted a hard disk to WD for replacement they told me i will get replace via courier services. On **th november Wd booked ECOM EXPRESS as a courier partner to deliver my package . Everything was normally done but on *th december ECOM EXPRESS updates wrong address status on their website on my package without attempting the delivery. I contacted ECOM EXPRESS customer care to resolve the issue but they said in their company there is a ofd lock put on my package contact to WD for resolution . I did , WD said issue resolved , i waited for two three days but no update on ECOM EXPRESS tracking details . I again contacted to ECOM EXPRESS customer care , now they are neither telling me any thing clearly nor delivering my package . WD also not giving their support so i am filing the complaint against ECOM EXPRESS courier services . This courie service is pathetic i never faced this type of issue on any other courier service and this is my first time with ECOM EXPRESS.
