I had placed an order for a sabudana ghana with curd and chaas on **.**.**** at **.** hrs from lunch box palakkad and it was delivered very late into the evening. The restaurant said they were not responsible. The delivery boy says he is not, and the swiggy representative says their platform was not responsible. After passing the bucks around by these three parties, I came to understand that the customers were to be blamed for trusting the irresponsible platform. It is only a one- off incident, as per the platform representative, bit this is enough to bring forth into the limelight, the rot that is setting in.
