I've been delivered a package which I've never even ordered. I wasn't at home so my roommate paid for it thinking I might have ordered something.
I've also received a pin and I've forwarded it to her thinking it's something else as i have ordered some clothes from Flipkart which was prepaid.
Ive been sent someone else's order and I've been charged for it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
