Netmeds.com - Package delayed more tha usual timing

I have order medicines for psoriasis on Dec, **th ****which were supposed to be delivered in between **-**th December. I have not received my package till date, it is delayed by * days. They have been making false promises that I will get my medicines by tomorrow, I will get it on **th evening for sure, I will be updated on the order by EOD etc.However I did not receive any communication of my package being delay by such a long period, neither , not even a single SMS, even after complaining about it *-* times. Now I am told that i won't be getting my medicines anytime before **. They assured that they will file a complain with the logistics team and their higher authorities but I have not even been notified if here is a complained file. I have been yelling at the Netmeds team and they have just turned a deaf ear. My medicines were already late by *-* days due to the normal delivery time, and now it is been delayed so much. My infection is getting worse, no improvement, imbalance in medical dose, my itchy scalp is frustrating me, no balance in doctor's appointment, moreover, there is no compensation from the company for giving causing inconvenience and a horrible experience with the service.
