Delhivery courier service - package damaged

i have booked for ayurvedic medicine parcel containing oil bottle from ****** to ******. shiprocket recommend me, delhivery surface courier service for this. oil bottels are neatly packed in *** GSM paper then that covered properly with plastic bag of more than ** micron and packing cellotape of * inch was appropriated. Besides all, plastic bottels are tightly sealed.
when RTO was initiated by destined location of delhivery courier i.e. beed-jalana road, maharashtra, i asked concern person to send a photograph of the same. package was badly destroyed. It shows a hole in the middle of parcel. shipping lable was gnew then underneath plastic and and envelope paper also. The photograph clearly shows total negligence from courier company. parcel was not properly handled, although shipping lable has clearly mentioned it contains ayurvedic medicine.
