Varsha Keswani filed complaint against Madhur Courier on Aug 11, 2017
They have misplaced my apple earphones by courier. When contacted after ** days of non-delivery, they said that it got misplaced because it was small. They committed they will be paying me full amount or the product. After waiting for so many days and going to there office now and then, they are now saying will be paying half the amount. They have wasted a lot of my time. I want to let people know that do not use their service if they are sending any asset above Rs****, use a more a reliable service who can value their customer and their time.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
