Madhur Courier - Important documents not delivered lost

A set of very important documents (original medical reports of my father, who went through angioplasty, for claiming insurance) were couriered to me on July **st, **** through Madhur Courier.
On **th July, on asking them about the delivery date I was told that the courier will reach on **th July. But it did not. Since then I have been calling them daily and the response had been same (i.e. it will reach tomorrow).
On *nd August they said that they are unable to deliver it so I should collect it from their office my self.
On reaching the office I was informed that my package has been given to some other courier service (MKS courier) and I should check it in MKS's office. MKS completely denied any possibility of having my parcel. On informing Madhur Courier about MKS's response they said that the courier will reach till *PM of *rd Aug. Which obviously, did not happen.
On calling them them today they said it is not their responsibility so I should stop calling them.
I will be losing a claim of more then ****** rupees because of not being able to produce those documents which Madhur Courier has lost.
