Madhur Courier - Package not delivered

i sent my parcel on **/**/****, i.e. over a month ago, i visited more than ** times to their korba branch to get an update, they keep said it will be delivered in *,* days, it's reached haridwar hub but now they're saying it is missing they don't have any information about it but they're still trying to find it and for that they need more time. even i filed complain online on the link given on their website and also mailed them but nothing happen, they close the complain too. I have screenshots of the complain ( complain number: *****), i further add parcel details below and looking forward for further process soon in this regard.
