This is inform you that it is very bad experience with oyo from last * week as I was reached ujjain from Bhopal with my family & booked room through oyo (booking id- ZBUY****). Booking also confirmed by Oyo but while I reached at hotel, hotel person is not allowed check in a low tarrif, that time was arround *: ** P.M. & having heavy rain. And I am having * yr. Daughter, wife & mother still he is not understand my request same I was tried to Oyo online complaint no. But no response from them.
This has happen again yesterday while I reached indore from Bhopal & booked room through oyo- (booking id- UGWH****) same booking has confirmed by Oyo but while I was reached at hotel. Than hotel person is not allowed to check in hotel because low tarrif also his behavior is so rude. Same I was escalate to Oyo multiple times but no positive response from them even after they cancelled my booking **:**P.M. with wrong update as unable to reach out to me while his representative talked me just.
They kept me huge time hold & misbehave also. Due to this no sense incidents my reputation is waste in front of my guest.
I was filled complaint through app but oyo has closed that complaint with fake update as issue resolved. Again I was reopen my request. In this nonsense incidents I waste almost ***** RS. As taken hotel direct on different rate & paid lot of money in local conveyance also.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
