This incident occurred on **th Jan'**** when my family and I were denied rooms in OYO's Gian Residency in Amritsar in spite of making full payment in prior. Upon on arrival, the receptionist didn't even care to look at us as we told we had to book the room and simply denied stating "rooms are full, you didn't call me to find out y'day". Really?? This is how customers are being treated??
Worse is yet to come. When I called the OYO customer care, the employee was doing the job for namesake and just raised a complaint without providing any assistance such as reporting on hotel or things to convince a customer. Nothing! He just wanted to give refund irrespective of our suffering with our entire family (my mom & sister). Cost of OYO room - INR ***
We had to search for another hotel which hotel INR **** per day, which we had to book considering our situation.
Now I've already been trying to reach the concerned authorities in OYO (** times) for raising the issue for refund. Such a pathetic behavior wherein, I just kept getting mails stating they'll support but all in vain.
Considering the above situation I would appreciate VOXYA to take this up and kindly do the needful.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
