I would like to share how a trusted brand like OYO ends up scamming multiple customers by being careless and show casing a property which does NOT exist!
The booking was placed through OYO and a different personal number was mentioned for any changes
I contacted that number for modifying my booking and he said such booking doesn’t even exist in their system
He said to cancel the booking from OYO and he will give a better deal
The deal was definitely a good one and not only was I scammed but I met * other groups who also were searching for this property which does not exist
The number registered on WhatsApp is a business number and now the number displayed on OYO has also changed for new year reservations
Do reports the hotel or help us out from being scammed!
Don’t trust OYO also!
I would suggest go to the place and see the rooms before booking!!
