We have booked a room in Neeta hill resort alibaug through Oyo customer agent , he sent me link on phonepe and said after booking will get an sms on mobile no. Payment is done and after that we have not received any confirmation mail or sms, After that we have tried several times to reach out Oyo but they didn't helped us the booking details, although they have sent me booking ID :SBP***** , and also admitted that booking is confirmed. We have cross verified with hotel manager he said it's a fraud and we don't have partnership with Oyo. Now we want to cancel that booking and get refund. But Oyo customer service is not helping us in any matter, customer care no is not working at all.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
