My booking was in ** april i was booked * room * guest. i told the receptionist to change the guest and add * more. receptionist said he was not able to add more guest. then he said you book another room for * guest for *** rupees. and you first booking fare are rufunded by * to ** days that was *** rupees> and i was okay for that. i booked ** april and todays date is * may oyo didn't refund the money. so call the oyo reception. he said that call again after ** may. and i was said why. he said he not gonna pay the money. and hang up the phone. please take action against that. and please rufund the money. thank you.
