I stayed in OYO flagship bagmane (Bangalore Inn) between **th May to **th May ****. After requesting multiple times, OYO is refusing to provide tax invoice. When i booked the room, I was told that tax invoice would be provided by the hotel and not oyo. But hotel staff told me that it needs to be provided by oyo. They are using this trick to escape from paying GST. The payment receipt provided by OYO doesn't have any information on tax. Without tax receipt unable to reimburse *****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
