Hi,
I am Pradeep singh,
I have booked your OYO home Luxe ***** at on villa D - with pool, for ** December **** ,
And I have already paid **% booking amount ****/- , and Booking date is */**/****
But today by ** pm , I got a message that your booking as been cancelled, I was shocked, how can oyo cancel my booking like this, but when I call your customer care
Your executive said , call in the morning, but now when I saw in your app that om Vila has been booked by someone else,
Now oyo is not taking any responsibility on my cancellation, this is very embarrassing , now what about my **st plan, every hotel booking is full , so I am expecting OYO should do some necessary action. As I have every thing as recorded evidence when I booked the villa and when I spokes to your customer care after you canceled my booking. So awaiting for you fruitful reply.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
