Oyo - Oyo illegally cut cancellation fees

I booked a hotel on OYO in September and paid before reaching premises. When I reached the hotel, owner denied my entry saying that the tariff you have booked on is very low. After fighting for an hour, I had to leave the place in the middle of the night with no where to go to. To book next hotel I had to cancel this booking since I had booked for * days and they would have cut next day money as well if I cancelled late. When app asked reason for cancel, I put that owner denied checkin. Despite this, the app cut *** rupees from my prepaid amount. OYO stopped responding to emails and calls after that. Left me on hold for hours with no redressal. Absolute fraud of a corporation.
