- Oyo hotel didn t provide bill Open

I have booked Oyo hotel (plot no ****, sector B, ****, Greenfield Colony Block B, Greenfields Colony Block B, Sector **, Faridabad, Haryana ******, India) through goibibo app for RS *** during my exam near by. But they refuse to check in with saying that this is discounted price online & we have actual price ***+gst.
I refuse to pay & they refuse to check in.
Then I call customer care goibibo & they told me that Oyo has cancelled your booking & you can check in offline with the hotel price & take bill for that so we can provide you the refund of extra amount you are paying.
I have done the same
Hotel told they will provide bill during checkout but that time they make excuses that owner not here for signature & we will send you bill after some time through WhatsApp.
But now two days I'm trying to contact them & they are still making excuses & not providing me bill & that's why goibibo is not refunding the amount.
During my waiting time at check in counter I saw many guests facing same issues & hotel demanding for extra amount instead of online paid amount. If they refuse, hotel intentionally some how to manage cancel the booking & after some time saying your booking not showing in our system & when you talk to your service provider they told they will refund you amount but you have to waste your precious time there & at last again need to run to find new stay option as no one will help & only saying one this that sir we can understand you.
These hotels are doing openly these kind of activities because all people are busy in their life as someone has visited it during exam, business,work etc. & No one have time to complain regarding these & our government doesn't have any strict rules regulations on bodies like Oyo & goibibo platform.
People don't have any options left instead of giving a online review which mostly ignored by all.
Government need to make strict law so that hotel can not do these type of cheap things with guests & avoid any inconveniences them.
Specially this thing is very bad from tourism point of view. If some foreigner will face these kind of things what memories they will take from here regarding us & spread in the world.
Concerned department & higher authority should take action for improvement .
It's not about money rs ***, that's the fight for what's going wrong with us & we have to waste out time while facing these irritation on the property.
