When we reach at hotel for Check-in, they ask us to tell them the amount and source of booking, after telling the amount and OYO as source of booking, they denied that they are not accepting any booking from OYO, and if we want to stay we have to pay the full amount irrespective of the amount paid on OYO app. After calling Customer care, they talk to Hotel authority and then confirm us that my booking is no longer valid and ask us to book another hotel, which is ** km away from the current one. As per there suggestion, we have made our booking to that hotel (Booking ID: AMOD****) and gone there, but the hotel they have suggested is in worst condition. No facility, no proper lighting, very bad washroom condition, wardrobe is smelling very bad, force us to get check-out from that hotel in just * hour. At the time of check out, they force me to give * star rating or else they wont let us go.
