Sreekumar filed complaint against OYO on Aug 2, 2019
We had booked an room at oyo ***** hotel mathurshree for three people on july last week and paid the full amount which given by the oyo site. We booked the room and also mentioned that our check in time was between * to **pm . We reached the hotel by **pm . When we went to check in the receptionist told us in a very rude manner that the amount for the room we booked was very cheap and he would not give us a room,and then he told us to call the oyo assistance. When we called the oyo customer care a person took the phone and told he will transfer our call but I didn't get any response from them. This all happened in the middle of the night that too at the outskirts of the city. So we didn't have any other option rather than paying the amount he said. By the next day we checked out by *pm because of the harassment and the worst behaviour of the receptionist. After vacating the room we checked the oyo app , still it was showing that we were still checked in while we were staying in a different hotel oyo *** which was better than that hotel. When I checked the reviews about that hotel on google many people had faced the same problem as mine in that hotel. So I request oyo to take action and refund and compensate me and also cut the agreement with this worst hotel. Hope you will deal with this matter as soon as possible or I will have to look for other methods.
