I was traveling from Kerala to Bangalore so i booked the room for two members fr next day but unexpectedly some health issues cancelled that tour with friend.so i canceld the room i informed customer service and they said you will get your refund soon. now it's more than **days Nowadays they are avoiding giving refunds unless customer is too adamant or too persistent. We will not get any refund.
They are disconnecting calls. if we ask refund with customer support executive they will keep our call on hold sometime then call will be disconnected after few minutes.
I will not recommend paying in advance on their App or OYO website.
I called many times but no hope no response sometime they will say it's already credited with same Bank account but thr is no possibility i checked bank statement
I need my money back that too soon.unemployi skilled Indian youth☺️
