Vaibhav filed complaint against Oyo on Aug 28, 2019
I had booking of "OYO **** Hotel Shree Palace , Katra" from Wed, ** Aug **** - Fri, ** Aug **** for * rooms (** guests). Booking was confirmed and have paid **** RS in advance(pre-paid) to OYO against the booking and remaining amount supposed to pay at hotel on during check-in.
But when we reached at property "OYO **** Hotel Shree Palace , Katra" on **st Aug **.** pm the property manager (reception) denied us to provide check-in and allocate rooms.They said we have ended our tie-up(contract) with OYO on **st July **** and showed the same letter (attached) .
I have tried couple of calls with OYO call centers during that night and struggled for * hours with my family members during mid-night but no proper solution given by OYO.
So,please help us to escalate this concern to OYO higher authorities and get my pre-paid amount (**** RS) refunded along with additional amount of **** RS which i paid during direct booking of hotel (Total **** RS).

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
