Booked Resort OYO-**** for ** People and manager denied checkin as this is not proper Booking the OYO-**** is changed to OYO-*****. We paid online advance of *K already and waited at the hotel for almost * hours calling customer care which is of "ZERO" use around ** PM midnight with full frustration which is not my fault at all. Hotel manager also told this issue is faced by many customers and not just by me.
Worst experience due to OYO and we were unable to find any other hotel during that time and our whole trip got ruined beacuse of this. OYO is seeking for money and making customer unhappy for this.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
