i borrowed an amount of INR ****** from kotak bank. I am repaying the principal plus interest fees as mentioned while taking loan from the bank in June ****. They have imposed a heavy overdue charges of INR ***** apart from my loan EMI. My loan EMI has been paid till date. They are asking me to pay an extra amount of INR *****. Please help. I am in extreme depression due to loans. I am trying to recover by paying all debts but these bank are imposing extra charges apart from EMIs, which is beyond my capacity. Please help sir. They are not waiving off the amount.

I maintain correct balance for EMI deduction. But i get ECS returns sms then i check the balance it shows lesser than the EMI amount. Worst Service from Kotak bank. And it's feel like they doing scam.
