I am Sujal Patel .My account has been debit Frozen on *th February and so many times i visited kotak mahindra bank but employers can't do anything and they are not solving my problems. I called customer care many times. Mailed bank * times. In help center mailed. No reply. They have no clue. Just said wait. I have no money. So i am requesting to you please do activate my account and it's my humble request.

I maintain correct balance for EMI deduction. But i get ECS returns sms then i check the balance it shows lesser than the EMI amount. Worst Service from Kotak bank. And it's feel like they doing scam.
