I did complete home interior from No broker interior designer Pune. Post completion of project I started noticing issues related to painting and furniture. I escalated to team, they did inspection and confirmed issue to be fixed by them. While inspection I also noticed that they have overcharged me for painting and few modular work. This is also acknowledged by their representative, after that they suddenly stopped replying to my messages and email. Its been more than * months I am struggling to get refund of overcharged services and resolution to existing issues.
Company is promoting their services comes with warranty but seems it is fake promotion to attract customer.
