Sharing I recent incident with Ola Cab Services .
I Booked Ola Cab on ** Dec ** from Howrah Railway Station to Dumdum airport.
While booking the cab it showing ** KM with expected fair of ***/- Rs. However once reached the destination driver charged me ****/- Rs. & he drove me around ** KM distance.
After paying him I immediately connect with Ola Customer Support to clearify the reason of over charging than expected, but that executive stating billing was correct, charge as per booking only so he refuse to assist, after escalating the issue, got a call two day's later some executive name Megha called she also refuse to listen or acknowledge the queries and close the escalation ticket without any resolution.
Then lodged the complaints to consumer forum and send a mail to Ola support on third day got another call from Ola support & the executive favour me with refund of ***/- Rs. & Close the tickets without proper justification why I being over charged.
This was not the first incident with Ola. Team can you groomed your technology and customer support for better travel experience.
