- Overcharged on monthly postpaid bill Open
I have complained multiple times for my bill related issue but no action has been taken. Customer care executives either talk rudely or give false assurances. I was invalidly charged an amount of Rs **** as roaming charges when I was already on an infinity plan of Rs ***/month which provides me unlimited incoming and outgoing on roaming (the screenshot of which is attached). Have been contacting the company for ** days but getting only complain reference numbers.
