My flight ticket dated *nd May **** cancelled by Travolook for booking price difference and after * month partial amount is refunded. From last * month I have called more than ** times and wrote mails to Travolook for refund but till the date it has not been processed. Every time I call support I get standard response that refund will get process in *-* working days.
