've been using ACT for a year. I have raised complaints, escalation nothing happened, They ignore calls after committing to visit to repair. I found the internet cable has been cut for days and no body shows up I am managing with mobile data to complete work from home its very slow, worst customer service they don't respect or care no escalation matrix they arrange call back and never calls back, at times they also have unscheduled outages because of some maintenance work they don't inform unless we call and get to know

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
