I had ordered a combo dress of mother and kid on Facebook marketplace. The seller responded so quickly when I requested to buy their product. The following details were shared to me on Facebook messenger.

Hence I raised a request to buy the product on **th April **** by filling all the above asked required information on both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. The seller clearly took complete details and provided a confirmation of the product too. Unfortunately, when I received the product I was totally depressed. Because the product I ordered was different and the product I received was different. Noticing this I dropped a request for returning the product on to both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp on **th April **** itself. But there was no response to the seller's end. Later I started sending reminders to respond on returning the product on ** April, *st May, * May too. Even after sending so many reminders I didn't receive any response from the seller's end. And yesterday night I noticed that the seller has blocked me on Facebook messenger. This made me very upset and hence I'm lodging a complaint.
Ordered Product details:
* Product was ordered on **th April ****.
* I had ordered a combo dress, which is a * set salwar out of which * dress is for mother and another for the kid.
* Fully stitched product - Salwar kameez.
* Size of mother dress was given M (Medium) and the kid was given *-** months.
* The product colour I order was blue and cream.
* The price was Rs. ***/-.
Delivered product details:
* Product was received on **th April ****.
*The product I received was not at all a combo dress. I received just a single dress.
* Dress was unstitched and red in colour.
* The product is not even salwar kameez. It is just a piece of embroidery cloth which is red in colour and a white colour extra piece was attached to it.
* I paid the delivery boy Rs. ***/-.
Hence I would sincerely request you to consider my complaint seriously and take necessary action against the seller. My only intention and concern is no other person should get cheated by this kind of fraud people and lose their hard earned money.
The chat conversation of seller and me both on WhatsApp and Facebook messenger is clubbed in a PDF file and attached the same for your reference. Requesting again to take necessary actions against the seller.
