Facebook Marketplace - Sent wrong design size for shoes also taken money Taken money

I had ordered for a pair of shoes. Mentioned the design, color & size-*, as shown in profile. They had sent useless shoes in other design & in a smaller size.They had taken Rs.***/- as COD. But when I complained to seller he had got those shoes back to him & still not sent the shoes which I had asked for in design & size. On my repeated request to deliver the shoes which I had asked or else refund my money he is not responding on this. I had copied the profile link. Help me in getting my refund back. Despite my repeated messages on messenger, atleast respond on my request, he is not responding.
