Facebook Marketplace - Facebook Marketplace I booked for cot and paid amt but not received material nor my money back

I was looking for cot to buy, and I searched in Facebook Marketplace and I liked it. Spoke to owner Mr. Anil Kumar (**********), he quoted **** and agreed to give for ****/- reason selling he said - he works for CISF in Airport and he got posted to different state and selling all his house old items.
I questioned him during lockdown how you will deliver, he mentioned that military transport and within one hour delivery. he asked for advance of rupees **** and balance on delivery. so, I transferred him ₹**** on phone pay. (Attached the dispatch document he shared).
later he called me and said to pay GST + pl, he also mentioned that out of the negotiated price the tax comes and hence to pay the tax from our end so I paid him additional tax off *,***/-
After paying tax he said the full amount needs to be paid before the delivery, As the security at the Airport terminal is not letting the vehicle to move. Anil Kumar took the responsibility of returning the money to me – so I paid the full amt.
With this I paid the total amount of Rs. ****/- either the material or my money came back. When I did follow up, he is demanding for Money of ****/- by saying Road tax and says if not given he will not refund my money I told I will give complaint he said do what you can do and he blocked my number.

Anil Kumar – ********** he also gave transport no. ********** both work for CISF Airport they say. and spoiling the name of Indian Army. also now i realize the receipt that he shared in Indian Army is fake.
Please take immediate action, before someone else loose money and please get back my money too.
