Symphony air cooler - Ordered cooler through Symphony website Not dispatched yet Worst customer experience

I had placed an order for a cooler on Symphony website a week ago it has not even dispatched yet. This is quite abysmal because even on business days this sort of negligible behaviour for a brand such as Symphony is quite poor.

I took a chance ordering on the website but i swear i will never again get myself entrapped in your marketing gimmicks such as “Symphony Assured” , “Same day dispatch” etc.
what does even Symphony assured mean ?

Anyways my biggest concern is Same day dispatch never even happened in my case. I am still waiting for the cooler to be dispatched even after more than a week of ordering. Why claim something that you can’t make good on?

Also the customer care number is a scam, call never connects even after trying for more than * hours. The website has a way to register complaint i tried that even but no acknowledgment or callback from Symphony’s side yet. Infact their WhatsApp service tracks my complaint as [Response_Data]. This seems broken. I only found email channel to voice my concern and don’t even know yet if i can was heard.

I feel cheated on the money i paid upfront. I don’t know what my next options are but I want to highlight never ever go and shop from Symphony ‘s online store. Their practices are dubious at best.

Somehow i just want this trauma to end.
