I work at G*, a Chicago based company located in Indiqube delta HSR. This was a lunch order which I was hoping to enjoy with my colleagues. The order was marked delivered but on real the order was never delivered. Quite an embarrassing and being taken advantage of the moment who has been a valued customer for years now. When I contacted Swiggy they say that they cannot deliver this order but place an order again which would take an hour to come and just give a Rs ** coupon. Also, the customer support executive closed my complaint without even providing any resolution just because I didn't reply again to the chat convo within * mins. Can they ever replace the embarrassment I've gone through with ** bucks?
