An ad from dsilknots cameup on my Facebook account and I had placed an order for a mustard colour kurta set worth **** on June **, ****. However, there is no tracking information or a confirmation of the order received. The calls never get through. I'd like a refund of the purchase. I have a proof of payment on the website in form of a screenshot, if required.
