I ordered a cake for my old grandparents and same day for my cousin because of the combined offer they were showing. One was delivered at Mumbai and other showed delivered but actually, it was not delivered. I followed up but no replacement. Lastly, they agreed to pay my Rs *** return.
But where is the compensation for the time lost? Anniversary **** can"t come again. Who is accountable and why I should bear the loss of time and commitment despite the order was prepaid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
