I ordered Wonderchef prato multi cooker kettle (order no. WDCN*********) from Wonderchef, on **/**/** and completed my payment online through payu (attachment below). Till then it is not dispatched. On checking it always shows processing. I called the costomer care many times but they have the same reply again and again that order shall be completed by *-* days. I have spend ₹**** for this and want to claim my money back
