I got a wonder chef pan two months back in amazon and the wooden handle got damaged. It had * year warranty for which dropped an email
To the support team. And after collecting all the documents and stuff they just rejected my complaint stating that the handle damage will not come under warranty. I have asked them then what else will the warranty cover. I asked them for the documents which has terms and conditions but never got any reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
