A damaged product ( a electric hand beater) had been delivered. I have contacted them immediately, asking for a fresh replacement .They asked me to send them pictures and some documents. I sent them all the documents, pictures along with the serial number several times. It seems that they gave me false assurances.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
