Myflowertree.com - Order not delivered

I have placed an order with order ID:******* for delivery in Banglore location on **/**/****. The expected delivery date shown on website was **/**/****. The order isn't delivered till date. I have been writing to them everyday since then. They say they are working on it. But the order hasn't been picked up the courier partner yet. They don't pick up calls on customer care number too. Total fraudulent! This order was placed for my husband on a special ocassion . I am facing guilt for not being able to present him a good gift. Please take action against them as I have come across so many such reviews for myFlowerTree.com
