I have ordered a cake on *th of may weighing *kg which has to be delivered on **th of may costs Rs****/-. The given time slot is between *:** am - *:** pm. I didn't yet receive the order nor there is any refund policy available in the app. I have raised tickets in the application regarding the order but there is no proper response. I have found their phone numbers from their website and contacted them but still, there was no response. It was continuously ringing but no one has responded. I request you to kindly go through my issue and return back my money. I expect a refund as soon as possible..please look into the issue. Thank you very much.
