i am trying to reach ajio customer support from last one month and shared the invoice/shipment label/product image multiple times on their customer support email id.
The product got delivered to me on **th august and since then i am trying to reach them to mark it as delivered so that i can initiate the return and get my money back but none of customer support employees are helping me
Everytime you they gave me a complaint id and informed that will get back in **hours but **hours never came and they just fooled me every damn time and just marking the complaint id as resolved without even getting in touch with me
