AJIO - Order is not confirmed after the successful payment

On *-**-** , I have made the payment of ****.** using UPI on AJIO shopping site. After the successful payment message from google pay, the order is not confirmed by AJIO. My orders are not updated on the orders sections. There is an issue on the AJIO site. Loss for me. Sent mail to them but they replied with their covid mail. There is no proper medium to contact the customer support. I cannot contact them.
Please help.
