I had ordered Realme * pro+ (*gb/***gb) on Flipkart during their sale on **rd July for ₹***** and paid online through sbi debit card. The order was supposed to be delivered on **th July but the order delivery status was still "Order confirmed - Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner"
So later they postponed the delivery date to *rd August. I kept on contacting the Flipkart support through their Twitter handle and their customer service number and they just kept giving me fake assurances and told me to keep patience and that the order will be delivered on or before *rd August. They kept me waiting for my order to be delivered for * weeks and then yesterday, that is on *th August the seller cancelled the order without my consent.
I called the Flipkart customer service yesterday after the order cancellation by the seller and they disagreed to give me any sort of compensation or to deliver me the mobile at the same offer price that i had bought it for. They told me to reorder it at the current price which is ₹***** on Flipkart. This is unacceptable, i had already bought it for ₹***** on **rd during the sale and then they keep me waiting for * weeks and then cancel the order from their side and tell me to reorder at a higher price.

I came across a similar complaint against the same seller on a different website regarding the same product.
Even after giving such a poor service,the Flipkart has rated the seller */* in service.
