I have placed an order with them on *th dec during a running promotion. They cancelled my order due to stock unavailability which itself is wrong on so many levels. Don't run a sale if you cannot fulfill it. And after them cancelling the order I have been following up for a month and still no update on refund. Every time there is same dialog we have raised an issue for this but nothing happens.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
