Cashify - Order cancelled but refund not provided

I had purchased a phone from cashify on *th May **** but immediately cancelled it on the same day as I no longer needed it and it was cancelled on website as well as it wasn't shipped or confirmed, I received sms confirming the same. Next day the status changed to Order confirmed, I cancelled again by spending * hr speaking to their support. It was cancelled again and I received sms. Again next day status change to shipped! I refused the delivery on **th May and the status changed to cancelled again. Since then the order is cancelled and status is RTO initiated and I haven't received my payment. This is not only loss of money but I have gone through mental agony ever since I made the purchase. Their support is non existant and takes hours to connect with someone.
